Main and branch water line repairs, including breaks between the meter and the house. The run from the meter to the building is the homeowner's responsibility, and it is the section most people have never thought about.
A break in that run shows up as a wet patch or unexplained greenery in the yard, or as a meter that keeps turning with the house shut off. On larger desert lots that line can be a long way, and the leak is rarely where the water surfaces.
Depending on soil, length, and what else is buried along the route, we will either open the trench and repair the break or pull a new line. We will tell you which is cheaper before we start.
