It describes what the site does today: if analytics, call tracking, or a CRM webhook are added, this page changes in the same commit. Still missing: a business contact email.

Information We Collect

When you submit the service request form, we collect the information you provide: your first and last name, callback number, service address, city, state and ZIP code, your description of the plumbing problem, whether it is an emergency, any access notes, and your availability if you give it. If you tick the SMS box we also record your consent, the time you gave it, and the exact wording you agreed to.

How We Use It

We use this information to contact you about your request, schedule service, provide an estimate, and keep records of work performed. We do not sell your information.

Phone Calls and Text Messages

If you call or text (760) 766-2232, we may keep your number and the details of your request so we can follow up about service. Calls may be answered by an automated assistant when we cannot pick up.

SMS Messaging Programme

If you tick the SMS box on our contact form, you consent to receive text messages from Durango Plumbing at the number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies, typically no more than 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help. When you opt in we record the date and time, the page you submitted from, and the exact wording of the consent text you agreed to, so that consent can be verified later.

We Do Not Share Your Phone Number for Marketing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with subprocessors that help us deliver messages is used only for that purpose and nothing else. Text message originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Sharing

Beyond the above, we share information only with the people and services needed to do the work—our own team, and any supplier or subcontractor directly involved in your job—or where required by law.

You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you by calling (760) 766-2232. California residents may have additional rights under state privacy law.
