Bath and kitchen remodels, fixture upgrades, and rough-in for additions and new construction. Remodel plumbing is mostly a scheduling problem wearing a plumbing costume — the rough-in has to be right and inspected before anyone closes a wall.
The expensive mistakes in a bathroom remodel are decided at rough-in, before a single tile goes on. Drain placement for a freestanding tub, valve depth behind a tiled wall, whether the existing 1½-inch line can serve the new shower — get those wrong and the fix involves demolition of finished work.
We work to the tile setter's and the cabinet installer's schedule rather than our own, because on a remodel the trade that holds up the next one is the one everybody remembers.
