Jammed, leaking, or dead disposals repaired or replaced, including new installations. Half the disposals we are called out to are not broken — they are jammed and tripped, and we will tell you that rather than sell you a unit.
The reset button on the underside and the hex key in the bottom socket solve a surprising share of disposal problems. It is worth trying both before booking anyone, ours included.
A disposal leaking from the body rather than a connection is finished. The housing is a sealed unit; once it has corroded through there is nothing to repair.
